Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage performance marketing strategies across various digital platforms.
- Oversee and optimize pay-per-click (PPC), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights.
- Develop and manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and forecast marketing campaign growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing specialists.
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders and executive teams.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale marketing campaigns and budgets.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
